Trip Planners... Would you like to have everyone pay individually for your group rafting trip and still receive our group discounts? Our online system allows you to do this... You just pay for yourself and let everyone else pay on their own. Check out our competitors and you'll see that we make group reservations easiest!

Options for reserving your group rafting adventure:

One payment... your group discount is figured automatically on our online system.

Contact us prior to making your reservation by email or phone... we will give you a discount code so everyone will get the appropriate group discount when they add to your trip online. Just email your group with the trip, trip date and group code and they will get the best group discount... and we'll keep your group together in the same rafts.

For individuals without internet... call our toll free number and add to the group that you've already started online. Our sales reps are available during regular office hours.

3 easy steps to reserve your trip!

1. Check availability - You can do this online by selecting a trip above and press the "start reservation" button. Then select a date. The price will display and you can find out if we have the space available. Our group rates will be applied automatically to the price. If you have a group discount code enter it in the discount field along with your group organizer's name in the special request field.

   You may also browse our trips from our left navigation panel to get more trip information and then click the "Make Reservation Now" link to reserve that specific trip.

   If you know the date you would like to raft but you're not sure which river trip is available on that date... go to our calendar and select the date to see the available trips for that specific date.

   If you are in the initial planning stages for a large group trip you can fill out our request a quote form to have one of our sales representatives assist you with holding the date, discount quotes, collecting payments and other group information.

2. Make Payment - You can pay online to immediately confirm your reservation with any major credit card. It's easy and secure!
   We also accept individual checks by mail for trips booked more than 30 days prior to the trip date

3. Go Rafting! After your payment is made we will email your confirmation along with details about your trip. This can be easily forwarded to your group by email. You can also download trip info from our site for each trip. Make sure that everyone in your group knows the trip details prior to driving to our meeting place.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.

Trips booked within a 2 months of trip date require full payment at time of reservation. If you do not have a credit card to make payment, we will hold your space for 7 days until payment is sent by check to our office. When we receive payment, your reservation is confirmed. Call 1-800-234-7238 to book your trip without a credit card.

Last minute reservations are possible up to the day before trip date when paid by credit card and we have available space. Payment on the day of the trip is usually not possible.

Cancellations

In order for us to plan for your river trip we encounter costs well in advance of trip date which are not refundable to us if participants cancel their confirmed reservations. If you cancel less than 30 days before the trip date we cannot refund your payment. You may find someone else to take your place for no extra charge or penalty as long as you notify us in advance of trip date. Please make everyone in your group aware of our policy before collecting money. Our policy for cancellations is as follows.

If Beyond Limits Adventures cancels your trip we will refund to you all payment made to us.

If you cancel your reservations the following conditions will apply:
Cancellations confirmed in writing 30 days prior to the trip will be entitled to a refund minus a $25.00 per person per day handling fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip date are non refundable. You may however reschedule your trip (up to 1 year from the trip date - restricted to available dates) for no additional charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of trip date are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If you have a documentable medical emergency we will allow you to reschedule your trip for a $25.00 per person fee up to the check-in time for your trip. You must notify us in writing within 1 week from the date of the missed trip to be able to reschedule your trip.
All non documentable last minute or “no show” cancellations on trip date will result in full forfeiture of all money paid to Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. There are no exceptions to these terms.

Transfers

It is rare that we ever cancel a scheduled rafting trip. However, we reserve the right to cancel a trip or change itineraries in the event that conditions on the river that you have selected is unsuitable for rafting due to weather, river or water conditions or any other factors beyond our control. A trip of equal quality will be offered as a replacement in order to provide you and your group with a super whitewater experience. If this replacement is unacceptable or no equivalent trip is available, a rain check credit will be given for your selected river, good for one year from the date of your trip. Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. is not responsible for any other costs incurred by trip participants if itineraries are changed. Trip insurance is highly recommended for this possibility.

Non Performance

If we cancel your trip due to insufficient reservations, we will refund your money in full. Refunds will be limited to the actual money paid to Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. not any additional expenses or costs incurred by the trip member.

Please be aware that we require a total of 4 paying persons to run our trips. If you book online for fewer than 4 persons and we don't add anyone else, we reserve the right to cancel your trip or book to you with someone else. This can be done last minute.

To avoid this possibility always try to add a few persons to your trip so you have the minimum of 4 persons on your own.

Participant Responsibility

Participants must realize that there are certain risks involved with any outdoor activity such as whitewater rafting. These risks include but are not limited to loss of personal property, bodily injury and death. You will be required to sign an assumption of risk form and liability release form before you embark on your trip.

It is the responsibility of the person reserving or organizing a group to make sure that everyone is given a copy of all information provided by Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. concerning any river trip with Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. This includes but is not limited to trip information, cancellation policy, liability information and physical requirements for participation on your selected trip.

Beyond Limits Adventures, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any participant or group which arrives for a trip improperly prepared, physically unfit, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, without required experience (where applicable), or for any reason that poses a threat to the safety or well being of our staff and other guests. In such cases no refunds or credits will be given.

Notice

The South Fork of the American River in its natural state would not have sufficient flows during the summer to support rafting or other floating activities as they are known today. Adequate flows for rafting result from hydroelectric releases from facilities located at Chili Bar and above. These releases are made for power generation and are not subject to the control of El Dorado County or commercial rafting companies operating under permits from El Dorado County.”
